What services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of therapeutic and support services including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Developmental Education, Early Childhood Supports, and Key Worker services. We also provide assessments such as Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) , Functional Behavioural Assessments (FBA) and Behaviour Support Plans.
Who can access your services?
Our services are available to NDIS participants of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. We support individuals with various disabilities, developmental delays, and mental health challenges, and we work closely with families, carers, and support coordinators to ensure a holistic approach.
Do you offer mobile services or in-home visits?
Yes, we do. We believe support is most effective when delivered in familiar environments. Our team can visit your home, school, workplace, or community space. We also offer in-clinic and telehealth appointments for added flexibility.
How do I get started with Worthy Ability Services?

Can you help with NDIS paperwork or reports?
Yes. Our team can assist with preparing therapy reports, Functional Capacity Assessments, Behaviour Support Plans, and other documentation required by the NDIS for reviews and planning meetings.
Are your staff qualified and trained in NDIS standards?
Absolutely. All our staff are appropriately qualified in their respective disciplines and comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct and Worker Screening Checks. We also conduct regular internal training to ensure our team remains informed and aligned with NDIS Practice Standards.
What if I need to change or cancel an appointment?
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice so we can accommodate others waiting for services. Our team will explain our full cancellation policy when you begin services with us.
Do you support culturally and linguistically diverse clients?
Yes, we proudly support individuals from all cultural backgrounds and communities. Our team includes multilingual staff and culturally responsive practitioners who understand and respect diverse experiences, beliefs, and traditions.
What areas do you service?
We provide services across Melbourne and surrounding regions. For rural and interstate clients, telehealth options are available depending on the type of support required.
How are your services funded?
Our services are funded through your NDIS plan, whether you are plan-managed, self-managed, or NDIA-managed. If you’re unsure how your funding works, our team can help you understand your options.
